TFN Chess - It's that time of the year. Chess. Are you ready to compete with other schools in chess? Do you want to learn how to play chess? The Mighty Meteors Chessmasters are looking for those interested in joining the chess team. We practice on Mondays and play on some Tuesdays. Looking for something new to do? Are you interested in Anime and Magna, Art, and Japanese Culture? Never heard of these things but want to watch Anime, read Manga, draw, and meet new people? The Visual Arts club is sponsoring artwork to Mrs. Weber in 175B by October 3rd.

Seniors: ISAC will be here twice for an art contest for Hispanic Heritage Month. All artwork should follow the theme: "Breaking Barriers" Submit month to help with college, FAFSA & Scholarships and they will be here on Tuesday-. Sign up in Naviance.

Chicago State will be here on Tuesday 5th hour & Loyola University will be here on Wednesday 4th hour. Sign up in Naviance!

A reminder that the Hispanic Heritage Month Read-in is taking place TOMORROW (Tuesday) after school in the LRC. Come read books by and about interesting authors and characters. You do NOT need to sign up, but you must be in the LRC by 3:40. Hope to see you there tomorrow!!
